The process involves scanning the slides at 4000 dpi into an uncompressed file format. Each slide will be cleaned to eliminate any dust and debris stuck to its surface. Once scanned to required formats – TIFF or JPEG – the images will be manually inspected and adjusted for contrast, color balance, red eye and large scratches.
