Rajeev immigrated to the United States from India in the mid 90’s; with an education in physical therapy and computer science, and began working as a physical therapist.

With previous experience as engineer and hospital CEO, Bob and his wife began entrepreneuring in 1993 with Kruse & Associates; recruiting and placing healthcare professionals.

Attitude
This is one of those words/values that permeate all we do; so it’s first on the list. We’ve always liked the slogan first coined by Southwest Airlines: “Hire for attitude, train for skills”. Yes, attitude deals with people; who we are, how we act (and react), how we care and what we care about, (our empathy), how we relate to others, and much more.
Again, drawing on smart (successful) folks: Tom Watson, Sr., founder of IBM, said””I believe the real difference between success and failure in a corporation can very often be traced to the question of how well the organization brings out the great energies and talents of its people.” and Watson Jr. carried on that tradition saying: “the basic philosophy, spirit, and drive of an organization have far more to do with its relative achievements than do technological or economic resources, organizational structure, innovation, and timing.”

Rajeev Rajagopal
He manages the day-to-day operations of MOS from NY. With an interest in information technology, Rajeev has guided MOS to extensive use of digital technology and the internet that benefits MOS as well as MOS’s clients.
Rajeev, resides in Long Island, NY. When not working on MOS projects, Rajeev is doing things with his active son, or spending a little time on the badminton court.
Bob Kruse
With previous experience as engineer and hospital CEO, Bob and his wife began entrepreneuring in 1993 with Kruse & Associates; recruiting and placing healthcare professionals. In 2002, as management and ownership of Kruse & Associates was being transferred to long-term employees, Rajeev called and Managed Outsource Solutions was spun off.
With B.S. degrees in Engineering and Business, and an M.S. degree in Health/Business Administration, his experience in healthcare management and as an entrepreneur provides valuable vision and long-term planning as well as management to the OSI team.
Bob resides in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with his wife; and is often either preparing for or experiencing visits from several children and grandchildren. When not giving tractor rides, he can be found cutting wood or building (another) deck.
Juan Reyes
Juan joined MOS in October 2021 and brought with him over 11 years of experience in providing small business and corporate-level solutions for Digital Marketing primarily in SEO, SEM, SMO, and Technology. Juan has a deep analytical mind, drive, experience, know-how, and more importantly the project management skills to keep projects humming and delivered to satisfaction. You can always find him geeking over servers or immersed in blockchain technologies.
In his spare time, he manages a home garden with his two daughters and dabbles in real estate.
Jessica Schwartz
Jessica joined MOS’ Business Process Optimization Division in October 2021. She has an MBA with a concentration in Health Administration and Management. She has worked in home health, oncology admissions, college advising, and even a bakery. She’s focused on process analysis and human resources with an eye for the details. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California with her husband and two dogs. She loves doing anything creative or that involves good food.
Amber Darst
Hired for her dental expertise, Amber brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the dental revenue cycle management (RCM) services to MOS.
Meghann Drella
Meghann joined MOS’s Revenue Cycle Management Division in February of 2013. She is CPC certified with the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
Natalie Tornese
Natalie joined MOS’s Revenue Cycle Management Division in October 2011. She brings twenty five years of hands on management experience to the company.
Jan Merrifield
Jan joined the MOS team in early 2011, strengthening both our Marketing and Support. Her experience ranges from surgical and home health RN to ownership of a Medical Equipment company.
Julie Clements
With some background in the healthcare staffing arena; as well as 6 years as Director of Sales and Marketing at a 4 star resort; Julie joined MOS in March of 2008.
Loralee Kapp
Loralee joined MOS’ Revenue Cycle Management Division in October 2021. She has a degree in Health Information Management and Technologies, with over five years of experience in medical coding and Health Information Management practices. She has worked in both physical therapy and skilled nursing, allowing for a wide array of experience in multiple specialties. Loralee strives to have an open and honest relationship and foster a positive work environment.
She currently resides in Pocatello Idaho with her husband, baby girl, and Goldendoodle. She loves hosting game nights and spending time with her family.
