Bob Kruse: President

With previous experience as engineer and hospital CEO, Bob and his wife began entrepreneuring in 1993 with Kruse & Associates; recruiting and placing healthcare professionals. In 2002, as management and ownership of Kruse & Associates was being transferred to long-term employees, Rajeev called and Managed Outsource Solutions was spun off.

With B.S. degrees in Engineering and Business, and an M.S. degree in Health/Business Administration, his experience in healthcare management and as an entrepreneur provide valuable vision and long-term planning as well as management to the MOS team.

Bob resides in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with his wife; and is often either preparing for or experiencing visits from several children and grandchildren. When not giving tractor rides, he can be found cutting wood or building (another) deck.

Rajeev Rajagopal: Vice President

Rajeev immigrated to the United States from India in the mid 90's; with an education in physical therapy and computer science, and began working with Bob's staffing company as a physical therapist. He later started a business as a healthcare business consultant. Having worked in several rehabilitation clinics, Rajeev has learned the importance of good medical records for billing and liability issues. After experiencing a clinic saving money by outsourcing, he called Bob and "the rest is history".

He manages the day-to-day operations of MOS from NY. With an interest in information technology, Rajeev has guided MOS to extensive use of digital technology and the internet that benefits MOS as well as MOS clients.

Rajeev, reside in Long Island, NY. When not working on MOS projects, Rajeev is doing things with his active son, or spending a little time on the badminton court.

SENIOR SOLUTION MANAGERS

Julie Clements: Transcription, Data Conversion and Medical Record Review

With some background in the healthcare staffing arena; as well as 6 years as Director of Sales and Marketing at a 4 star resort; Julie joined MOS in March of 2008.

With her fingers very much in to sales and marketing, Julie has also moved into a support role as well, brought about from exceptional customer relations skills.

Julie was instrumental in the creation of the medical record review division (and new web site); and works in sales and support for this as well.

Julie lives with her husband and three children in Norman Oklahoma; where after a busy day with MOS, she changes hats to "soccer mom". Incidentally she occasionally dons a uniform herself in a recreational league, after playing varsity soccer in high school.

Jackie Sullivan: Medical Billing, Coding and Collections

After working as a Registered Nurse for 28 years we are fortunate that Jackie has chosen to put that extensive healthcare experience to good use in helping MOS clients.

She has been with MOS since 2005. In the billing arena, she works very closely with the client, including office managers, billing managers and physicians as well as the billing and coding production teams.

Jackie helps care for two grandchildren while their mother is in the Army, and lives close to other family. When not working with MOS, she can be found singing in church or camping with the grandkids.

Mary Jo Caruso: Internet Marketing, SEO, SEM

"MJ" has been an entrepreneur and/or Internet Marketer since 1997, beginning when she created her own online e-commerce site called "Loving Chocolate". It was here that MJ found her love of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and has been doing it ever since for Fortune 500 companies, as well as small and medium sized businesses.

MJ has been with MOS since August 2009, She takes great pride in matching our clients' overall marketing goals with their online marketing goals -- increasing their relevant search traffic as well as their bottom line.

MJ resides in NJ; balancing her time with MOS, her four children and helping her parents. You've heard, "if you want it done, give it to a busy person"; we know that when MJ says "on the road again"; she will be back, and will get the job done, and done well.

Jan Merrifield: Solutions Manager

In 2011, Jan joined the MOS team, strengthening both our Marketing and Support. With a BS in Education; and then adding RN to her credentials; her experience ranges from surgical and home health RN to ownership of a Medical Equipment company. Her expertise in customer service, marketing, and clinical knowledge make her a welcome addition to the MOS team.

Jan is a third generation OU grad and resides in Tulsa, OK. She is actively involved in non-profit agencies. Her sons, dancing, singing, and entertaining fill her with joy.

Natalie Tornese: Solutions Manager

Natalie is the most recent addition to MOS; starting in October 2011. She brings twenty years of hands on background in healthcare to our team. Starting as an EMT in New York City, she has since specialized in medical billing and revenue cycle management serving a diverse range of practices and specialties. Her experience includes all aspects of the, revenue cycle, including leadership and managing multiple accounts. She enjoys her area of expertise and stays current with reimbursement trends, coding changes and the regulatory environment. Natalie further enhances MOS’s ability to deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients; having shown a talent to improve the bottom line of virtually all clients she has served.

Currently residing in New Jersey, Natalie’s interests include medieval and Renaissance art and history, spending time with her family and entertaining.
