Methods of Dictation

Digital Recorders: Reports are dictated on a digital recorder, which can be downloaded to a local computer that is connected to the internet. The files are then transferred over the internet to our secure server. We support all digital recorders for your transcription

Toll free number: The process is the same as above, except that the physician can use a telephone to do their dictation. The dictation is stored in the secure servers as the numbers provided will enable direct dictation to the secure servers.

Presently we can provide document flow management systems which will help your office upload and download all documents through our web based system. You can route the files, set priority, and interact with the transcription department. You can also digitally sign your documents.
