We achieve this by using state of the art software for document transfer as well as coding process and we reach these standards using Summation, Concordance, Inmagic, DB/Textworks, BRS/Search, Microsoft Access, JFS Litigators Notebook, Introspect, ETECH, Paradox and Lotus Notes. Our team use very high end computers which are enabled for faster response and thus enabling quicker turn around times.

MOS Litigation Coding Quality Control Process

We realize that every litigation coding need is unique and we strive to make sure that we put the right people in the right account. We make sure that the project manager who is working on your coding account is working solely on yours and is not involved with other coding processes or projects. We do not start outsourcing of litigation coding projects without first gathering all necessary documents. Once we create a manual for this outsourced project we will make sure that the quality is maintained.

We understand that time is very important and will give you time lines and estimates before starting outsourcing of a litigation coding project. We will communicate regularly with clients specified person at client site, to make sure that all details and requirements are met correctly and in accordance with coding project specifications.

• As our flow chart can show we make sure that we follow coding requirements according to manuals and specifications and code.
• Once coding is done the coding goes through quality control process where there is double checking and verification of the requirements and data.
• If necessary we double or even triple check for errors.
• Computerized checking of documents are done for proper data formatting, data validation, field size validations and multi-field relationships.
• Our Document management also does spot checking of documents for data validation and makes sure that the process is done correctly.
