We propose three modular levels of service. You choose what is appropriate for you. You can also customize

- Level 1: Basic resume search and screening resumes to predetermined criteria. Maintaining databases for both job orders and resumes. Basic interview preparation and resume help.
- Level 2: To level one we add contact with the candidate and more thorough screening as well as maintaining status reports and helping optimize the client's web site for receiving resumes.
- Level 3: To levels one and tow, we add talking with candidates, presenting company data, setting appointments for the recruiter to close; i.e. moving them to within one step of the job offer.
